Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Progresser ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Progresser is an AI-powered personal execution agent that processes natural language messages to create tasks, set reminders, store memories, generate daily plans, and provide other productivity features. The Service is accessible via Telegram bot and web application.

3. Account Registration

• You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• Telegram users are subject to Telegram's terms of service in addition to these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access other users' data, or compromise the security of the Service.
• Submit content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service (except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses).
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond normal API usage patterns.

5. AI-Generated Content

• The Service uses artificial intelligence to classify messages and generate responses. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
• You should review and verify AI-generated tasks, plans, and other outputs before relying on them.
• The Service is provided as a productivity tool, not as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Progresser and its licensors.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service.
• By submitting content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Telegram, DeepSeek, Cloudflare). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Progresser and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with reasonable notice.
• We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions.

10. Data Handling

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.
• Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
